Terms of Service

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for ensuring that people you invite to your workspace are authorized to use the service.

You retain responsibility for the client, project, commercial, operational and other information your organization submits to Marden Row.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit and process that information through the service.

You may not use Marden Row to violate law, infringe another person's rights, compromise systems or accounts, distribute malicious software, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the operation of the service.

Marden Lens provides automated analysis and generated responses based on available workspace context. AI-generated information can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular decision.

You remain responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for financial, contractual, legal, employment or other material business decisions.

Paid features may require an active subscription. Prices, billing periods and included capabilities are shown before checkout.

Where recurring billing is enabled, the subscription may continue for successive billing periods until cancelled in accordance with the controls made available through Marden Row or the applicable payment provider.

Trial access may be limited by time, usage or feature availability. We may modify or end trial programs, but changes will not retroactively create charges that were not authorized through checkout.

We work to keep Marden Row reliable, but continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Features may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, infrastructure failures or third-party service interruptions.

Marden Row, Marden Lens, the application design and the software used to provide the service are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.

Access may be restricted or terminated when reasonably necessary to protect Marden Row, other users or third parties, to address unlawful or abusive activity, or when an account no longer has the right to use the service.

Marden Row is an operational software platform and does not replace professional legal, accounting, tax, investment or other regulated advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, responsibility for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service may be limited. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms as the service changes. Material revisions will be posted on this page.
