1. Digital service
Marden Row is a subscription-based software-as-a-service platform. We do not sell or ship physical goods as part of a Marden Row software subscription.
2. Delivery method
Access to Marden Row is delivered electronically through the Marden Row website. After account registration and any required subscription activation, eligible features become available through your online workspace.
3. Delivery timing
Account access is generally available immediately after successful registration. Paid subscription features are generally enabled after the applicable payment or subscription status is successfully confirmed by our payment provider.
4. No physical shipping
Because Marden Row is a digital service, no physical product is dispatched and no postal, courier or physical shipping charges apply to Marden Row subscriptions.
5. Delivery problems
If you complete registration or payment but cannot access the service or the features included with your subscription, contact hello@mardenrow.com with the email address associated with your account.
6. International customers
Customers outside India receive Marden Row through the same online delivery process. Availability of particular payment methods may vary by country, currency, payment provider and applicable regulations.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our delivery process or service changes. Updates will be posted on this page.
