Refund & Cancellation Policy

Marden Row offers paid subscription plans billed according to the price and billing period shown at checkout. By starting a paid subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to collect the charges presented to you.

You may cancel your subscription using the billing controls available in Marden Row or by contacting us at hello@mardenrow.com.

Cancellation prevents future subscription renewals. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, cancellation does not automatically refund charges that were already paid for the current billing period.

You may request a refund of your initial paid subscription charge within 7 calendar days of the payment date by contacting hello@mardenrow.com with the email address associated with your account and relevant payment details.

Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method where supported by the payment provider.

Subscription renewal payments are generally non-refundable once successfully processed, except where required by applicable law or where a duplicate, erroneous or unauthorized charge is confirmed.

If you believe you were charged more than once, charged an incorrect amount or charged after a valid cancellation should have taken effect, contact hello@mardenrow.com so that we can investigate the transaction.

If a refund is approved, Marden Row will initiate it through the payment provider. The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may depend on the payment method, issuing bank and payment provider.

We may update this policy as Marden Row, our subscription offerings or applicable requirements change. Updates will be posted on this page.
