1. Information we process
Account and identity information may include your name, email address, authentication information, organization memberships, roles and account preferences.
Workspace information may include client, project, scope, commitment, commercial, operational, profitability and other information submitted by your organization.
Evidence and uploaded content may include files, documents, images, notes and other material submitted to Marden Row.
AI information may include prompts, conversation messages, generated responses and workspace context provided to Marden Lens or another AI-powered feature.
Technical and security information may include request records, audit events, browser or device information, authentication events, IP-derived security information and product usage information.
Subscription information may include plan, billing status, payment-provider references and transaction metadata. Complete card or banking credentials may be collected directly by the payment provider rather than Marden Row.
2. Why we process information
We process information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, operate organization workspaces, calculate commercial and operational intelligence, provide AI functionality, administer subscriptions, prevent misuse, troubleshoot issues, maintain audit records and improve reliability.
3. Consent and permitted processing
Where consent is the basis for processing personal data, you may withdraw that consent through the available product controls or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before the withdrawal.
Personal data may also be processed where applicable law permits processing for another specified purpose, including obligations necessary to operate, secure or administer the service.
4. Marden Lens and AI processing
When you use Marden Lens or another AI-powered feature, the prompt and relevant workspace context may be sent to configured AI infrastructure so that the requested response or analysis can be generated.
AI output is automated and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Your organization remains responsible for deciding what information it is authorized to submit and for reviewing generated output before relying on it.
5. Service providers and international processing
Marden Row may use infrastructure, database, email, payment, AI, security and monitoring providers to operate the service. Those providers may process information only as necessary to provide the services used by Marden Row, subject to applicable contractual and security arrangements.
Some providers may operate infrastructure in countries other than the country in which you are located. Where applicable, we use appropriate measures for such processing and remain subject to applicable restrictions on transfers of personal data.
6. Payments
Payment transactions may be handled by an external payment provider. Marden Row may receive transaction status, subscription identifiers, payment references and related billing metadata needed to administer the subscription.
7. Cookies, local storage and usage information
Marden Row may use cookies, browser storage or similar technologies where necessary for authentication, security, session continuity, theme or product preferences and operation of the service.
Where product analytics or monitoring is enabled, usage information may also be processed to understand reliability, performance and product operation.
8. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was processed, to provide the service, maintain security and audit records, resolve disputes and satisfy applicable legal obligations.
Retention periods may differ by category of information. Information may be deleted, anonymized or retained for a longer period where required or permitted by law.
9. Security
We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, including authenticated access, role-based authorization, organization-level isolation, audit records and other security controls appropriate to the service.
No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Suspected security issues can be reported to security@mardenrow.com.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights concerning access, correction, erasure, consent withdrawal, grievance redressal and other handling of your personal data.
Privacy and data-rights requests can be sent to privacy@mardenrow.com or submitted using the process described on the Grievance & Data Rights page.
11. Children
Marden Row is designed for business and professional use and is not directed to children. Organizations using the service are responsible for ensuring that information they submit is processed lawfully.
