Organization boundaries
Project, client and commercial requests are scoped to the active organization. Cross-organization access is rejected when the user does not hold membership in the requested workspace.
Audit history
Marden Row records important commercial and administrative actions across projects, commitments, scope assessments, financial profiles, change orders and other protected records.
Authenticated access
Protected application requests require authenticated access. Access tokens are signed and verified before protected organization routes are reached.
Human review
Marden Lens and other automated analysis features create reviewable output. Commercial, contractual and financial decisions remain with the people using the workspace.
File and evidence controls
Uploaded project material is attached to organization and project context and follows the same authorization checks used by the protected workspace.
Data and AI
Know what enters the system and what remains a human decision.
Workspace data
Client, project, scope, commitment, commercial and operational information is processed to provide the product workflows the organization chooses to use.
AI processing
When an AI feature is used, the requested prompt and relevant workspace context may be sent to configured AI infrastructure to produce the requested analysis.
Payment data
Subscription checkout is handled through the configured payment provider. Marden Row uses the subscription and transaction references needed to administer billing.
